The mothership
The PlayStation 5 is a major aircraft in Astro Bot. It is also the main hub or home area for the bots in Astro's Playroom, housing all the levels.
Appearance[]
The PlayStation 5 resembles the original version of the console of the same name. It has blue eyes on the thin side of the ship, which serves as a window for the ship's control room.
Biography[]
In the prologue, the PlayStation 5 is shown flying through space, carrying the Bots through their journey. The ship is then stopped by Nebulax, who breaks open the mothership and steals the CPU Kid. Nebulax blasts away with it destroying the ship, making it lose its major components and fall into a desert planet.
Throughout the game, Astro Bot explores the galaxies surrounding the Crash Site, finding the Mothership's main components, repairing them and reinstalling them back into the Mothership. He also rescues his fellow Bots.
Once the Mothership's four main components and protection plates are repaired and reinstalled, the ship flies into an interdimensional rift with all the Bots in tow for the final showdown.
