Beetle Insectoid robots that fly away when approached.
Bird Avian robots that appear throughout various levels. Some may hold items such as a Puzzle Piece. They come in many varieties.
Butterfly Non-tangible butterfly robots that appear in the air.
Capybara Large rodent robots that rest in water.
Cat Feline robots that appear in Downsize Surprise.
Caterpillar Small worm-like robots that are found in lush areas.
Cow Bovine robots based on cows that appear uncommonly.
Crab Crustaceous robots found near beaches. There is also a red variant.
Crow Robotic birds living in darker areas.
Crystal snail Snail robots with crystalline shells.
Dancing flower Robotic flowers that come in many colors and usually appear alongside success.
Dancing mushroom Robotic mushrooms that are prominently featured in Wormy Passage and Funky Fungi. They serve as platforms and dance to the music.
Dandelion Robot dandelions that can be blown through the DualSense controller.
Deer Robots based on deer. One in Trunk Of Funk runs around, ridden by a Bot.
Dog A canine robot that resembles a shiba inu.
Dolphin Dolphin-based robots that swim and jump throughout levels they appear in.
Dragon A draconic robot with wings.
Duck Robotic birds that swim above the water's surface.
Elephant Pachyderm robots based on elephants.
Fennec fox Robotic foxes that are most notably found in the Crash Site.
Fire Bird Fiery robots potentially based on the mythical phoenix.
Firefly Robot beetles that resemble fireflies.
Fish Non-tangible fish robots that appear in water.
Flower Flower robots that appear under certain conditions.
Flying squirrel Gliding robots based on the flying squirrel.
Fox Orange vulpine robots based on foxes.

Ghost plant Plant robots resembling sheet ghosts. They spin when happy.

Large flower A large flower robot that appears in Balloon Breeze. Its exact species of inspiration is unclear.
Lava turtle Robot turtles with rock shells.
Lemur Robotic primates based on the ring-tailed lemur.
Manta ray Large fish robots that swim around.
Mole Small robotic creatures that dig in the ground.
Monkey Robot monkeys that are found bathing in Bathhouse Battle.
Mouse Small rodent robots based on mice and computer mice.
Mushroom Fungal robots that come in many colors, shapes, and sizes.
Nautilus Shelled cephalopod robots found in aquatic areas.

Pond skater Insectoid robots based on the Gerridae family of insects. They can be jumped on to gain more height.
Pop-up Pal Robots resembling meerkats that carry coins and occasionally a chest containing one of Astro's Awesome Abilities.
Rabbit Lagomorph robots based on rabbits.
Red panda Small robots based on the red panda.
Reindeer Deer robots that prominently appear in Winter Wonder.
Robo-flamingo[1] Flamingo-based robots that can be interacted with. They appear commonly in Sky Garden.
Scorpion Arachnid robots that are common in the desert.
Sea anemone Aquatic robots that are typically sad, but become happy when hit and give a reward.
Sea angel Molluscan robots found in the deep ocean.
Sea otter Robotic otters based on the real-world sea otter.
Sea slug Multicolored gastropod robots that serve no gameplay purpose and only appear in water.
Sea star Star-shaped robots that are stuck to various surfaces. In Bubbling Under, a giant one must be freed from locks.
Sea turtle Sea turtle robots that swim through the water. Younger versions exist also, following the larger ones.
Seagull Robot birds that fly over the beach.
Seahorse Aquatic robots that serve no gameplay purpose.
Sheep Fluffy robots with no gameplay purpose.
Short flower A robotic flower that is stubby, similar to species like the rafflesia.
Singing bud Flying, singing buds that appear as platforms in a handful of levels. Their blades can knock Astro away.
Skeletal vulture Robots resembling a vulture's skeleton. They are commonly found in spookier levels.
Skull flower Flower robots with buds resembling skulls.
Snake Robotic serpents that hang from trees and can be swung like a rope.
Snail Gastropod robots with either blue or pink shells.
Spider Multicolored arachnid robots.
Spooky tree Robotic trees that dislike light.
Seal Rotund pinniped robots who like to be near the water.
Tapir Robotic animals based on tapirs, specifically the Malayan tapir.
Toucan Bird robots with multicolored beaks.
Tree Robotic trees. Unlike most other trees in the game. these have noses and mouths.
Turtle Land-based turtle robots. They will hide in their shells if attacked.
Vulture Robotic vultures that assist the Bots while making bridges in the Crash Site.
