Downsize Surprise is the second or third level of the Tentacle System in Astro Bot. It is unlocked by clearing Go-Go Archipelago. Clearing this level unlocks Wormy Passage, and through a secret exit, Boxel Bust-Up. In this level, Astro Bot gains the ability to shrink to a tiny size and return to normal size. There are also a lot of mice and cheese.
